O ASILO, A ESCOLA E A UNIVERSIDADE: A COEDUCAÇÃO E O PROCESSO DE INTERGERACIONALIDADE
O presente texto relata resultados
do projeto de pesquisa realizado no ano de
2017 e 2018 junto a idosos asilados, crianças
de uma escola estadual de Assis e alunos de
psicologia do 5º ano da UNESP com o objetivo
de analisar os discursos dos relatos produzidos
pelas crianças em relação aos encontros com
os idosos e os estudantes universitários a fim
de compreender aspectos intergeracionais e o
papel da coeducação. Nesse sentido a pesquisa
realizou-se com caráter qualitativo, com relatos
produzidos em sala de aula pelas crianças
de uma escola estadual de tempo integral
localizada na periferia da cidade de Assis – SP,
sob a supervisão da Professora Doutora Mariele
Rodrigues Correa da Universidade Estadual
Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho”, campus
Assis-SP. Os relatos foram elaborados dentro
da sala de aula com a ajuda das professoras de
português e artes que formularam questionários
com respeito à questão do envelhecimento, do
contato com os idosos e a universidade, além
da avaliação da disciplina resultando numa
construção de novas perspectivas em relação
ao envelhecimento. A pesquisa revelou-se
oportuna para compreender os laços sociais que
se formam a partir do encontro entre gerações
e permitiu também aprofundar o conhecimento:
do asilo, como instituição que propõe-se a
amparar e cuidar de idosos; da escola que
opera a partir de um novo modelo de tempo
integral com disciplinas eletivas com liberdade
de escolha pelos alunos e; da universidade, em
especial para o curso de psicologia que amplia o
conhecimento e a atuação para além da clínica

Abstract:
This text reports results of the
research project carried out in the year 2017
and 2018 with the elderly asylum, children of a
state school in Assis and students of psychology
of the 5th year of UNESP with the objective of
analyzing the discourses of the reports produced
by the children in relation to the meetings with
the elderly and the university students in order
to understand intergenerational aspects and
the role of coeducation. In this perspective,
the research was carried out with a qualitative
aspect, with reports produced in the classroom
by the children of a full-time state school located
in the periphery of the city of Assis-SP, under
the supervision of PhD Prof. Mariele Rodrigues
Correa of the Universidade Estadual Paulista

related to the issue of ageing, contact with the elderly and the university, besides the
evaluation of the discipline resulting in a construction of new perspectives in relation to
ageing. The research was timely to understand the social ties that are formed from the
intergenerational meeting and also allowed to deepen the knowledge: of asylum, as
an institution that proposes to support and care the elderly; of the school that operates
from a new full-time model with elective disciplines with freedom of choice by students
and; of the university, especially for the course of psychology that extends knowledge
and performance beyond the clinic.
