Atualmente o uso de álcool ocasiona

inúmeros prejuízos ao organismo, em ambos

sexos, feminino e masculino, gerando efeitos

psicológicos e físicos, perante de efeitos tão

agravantes, os órgãos de saúde mundial têm

se preocupado cada vez mais com as taxas de

alcoolismo no mundo e tentado abranger os

efeitos do álcool. O objetivo deste trabalho foi

abordar através de revisão de literatura sobre a

atuação no organismo o efeito do álcool e suas

diferentes reações, principalmente no Sistema

Nervoso Central, sendo característica o

aumento de sua concentração no sangue, seus

efeitos adversos que irão diminuir a consciência,

memória e sensibilidade, prejudicando a

percepção do indivíduo, devido a ação dessa

droga sobre o sistema nervoso central pelo

alcoolismo, põe em risco a integridade física e

mental do indivíduo.
