O ACESSO ÀS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS PELAS MULHERES AGRICULTORAS DAS VILAS DO POÇÃO E DO ARGOLA DO MUNICÍPIO DE GARRAFÃO DO NORTE/PA
O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo sobre a importância da presença das mulheres rurais na produção agrícola familiar, que mesmo na invisibilidade, não se pode negar que elas estão ocupando terras, plantando, colhendo, e cultivando o desejo de ter uma terra livre e usufruí-la com seu trabalho. Estando presentes na casa, no quintal, na roça e na luta pela terra, as mulheres tiveram ainda de lutar pelo direito de serem reconhecidas como trabalhadoras, e as fazendo reconhecer dos seus direitos, e das políticas públicas elaboradas para atender as suas necessidades quanto agricultoras, se elas têm acesso a esses programas e qual a sua importância para a independência financeira e visibilidade dessas mulheres no campo. Para a realização deste estudo foi realizado um levantamento secundário com base em pesquisa de campo, bem como a utilização de pesquisas qualitativas como forma de obtenção de dados em um estudo de caso. Ressaltando-se, portanto, que na área rural é comum que as mulheres sejam atribuídas ao papel de dona de casa, no qual seu trabalho na atividade agrícola não é reconhecido. Ainda que não totalmente, a mulher tem plena consciência de sua importância como agricultora.

Abstract:
The present work presents a study on the importance of the presence of rural women in family agricultural production, which, even in invisibility, cannot be denied that they are occupying land, planting, harvesting, and cultivating the desire to have a free land and enjoy it. Her with her work. Being present in the house, in the backyard, in the fields and in the struggle for land, women also had to fight for the right to be recognized as workers, making them recognize their rights, and public policies designed to meet their needs as farmers, whether they have access to these programs and how important they are to the financial independence and visibility of these women in the countryside. In order to carry out this study, a secondary survey based on field research was carried out, as well as the use of qualitative research as a way of obtaining data in a case study. It is noteworthy, therefore, that in the rural area it is common for women to be assigned the role of housewife, in which their work in agricultural activity is not recognized. Although not entirely, the woman is fully aware of her importance as a farmer.
