O ACESSO À JUSTIÇA: “JUÍZO 100% DIGITAL” E OS DESAFIOS NO INTERIOR DO AMAZONAS
O estudo analisa a política judiciária do “Juízo 100% digital” promovida pelo Conselho Nacional de Justiça – CNJ, buscando garantir o direito constitucional do acesso à justiça, por meio das ferramentas tecnológicas no Brasil. Buscou-se investigar se essa política judiciária atende aos objetivos propostos, de acesso à justiça efetivo, tendo em vista a deficiência estrutural quanto à prestação de serviço de internet no Estado do Amazonas. O texto seguiu a vertente jurídico-sociológica e utilizou o método crítico. Os problemas estruturais de falta de internet de qualidade prejudicam a implementação do juízo 100% digital no interior do estado do Amazonas.

Abstract:
The study analyzes the judicial policy “100% digital court” promoted by the National Council of Justice – CNJ, seeking to guarantee the constitutional right of access to justice, through technological tools in Brazil. We sought to investigate whether this judicial policy meets the proposed objectives of effective access to justice, in view of the structural deficiency regarding the provision of internet services in the State of Amazonas. The text followed the legal-sociology approach and used the critical method. The structural problems of lack of quality internet hinder the implementation of the 100% judgment in the interior of Amazonas’s state.
