O ABISMO ENTRE OS TRIBUNAIS E A UNIVERSIDADE.
No Brasil a distância entre os tribunais e as universidades são enormes. Parece que um afasta a existência do outro, negando-se mutuamente. É urgente que essa distância seja afastada e haja uma harmonização entre a prática e ciências do direito. A evolução da nação passa pela miscigenação entre os operadores do mundo prático do direito e o seu aperfeiçoamento profissional das academias.

Abstract:
In Brazil, the distance between courts and universities is enormous. It seems that one distances the existence of the other, denying each other. It is urgent that this distance be removed and there is a harmonization between the practice and sciences of law. The evolution of the nation involves miscegenation between operators in the practical world of law and their professional improvement in academies.
