NOVAS TECNOLOGIAS NO GERENCIAMENTO DE FACILIDADES? - UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
As atividades profissionais de Gerenciamento de Facilidades (Facility Management - FM) demandam diversas ferramentas technológicas, úteis para auxiliar a tarefas rotineiras à tomadas de decisão. Estudos anteriores revelam que as tecnologias foram absorvidas, ao longo do tempo, pelo mercado. Atualmente, quais são as tecnologias aplicadas ao setor de FM? Além disso, qual tecnologia tem maior número de estudos na abordagem estabelecida na pesquisa? Existe oportunidade para desenvolvimento de soluções integradas com duas ou mais tecnologias? Uma revisão sistemática de literatura foi realizada, com recorte temporal de 5 anos, para identificação dos estudos recentes sobre tecnologias aplicadas à fase de operação e manutenção no ambiente construído. Os 74 artigos completos, em inglês, sobre o tema resultantes da revisão sistemática foram analisados quanto ao ano de publicação, bases de dados, periódicos, distribuição geográfica, principais autores e palavras-chaves recorrentes. Por fim, na discussão as novas tecnologias em FM são tratadas: (a) Modelagem de Informação da Construção - BIM; (b) Sistema de Informação Geográfica - GIS; (c) Sistemas Ciber-físicos - CPS; (d) Big Data; (e) Realidade Virtual; (f) Realidade Aumentada; (g) Internet das Coisas - IoT; e (h) Identificação por Rádio Frequência – RFID. O artigo foi inicialmente apresentado no SBTIC 2019.

Abstract:
The Facility Management (FM) professional activities require diverse technological tools, useful in assisting routine tasks to decision making. Previous studies reveal technologies were absorbed, over time, by the market. Currently, what are the demanded technologies applied to the FM sector? Furthermore, which technology has the greatest number of studies in the approach settled in research? There is an opportunity for the development of integrated solutions with two or more technologies? A systematic literature review was carried out, within a 5-year timeframe, to identify the most recent studies on technologies applied to the phase of operation and maintenance in the built environment. The 74 completed papers in English on the subject resulting from the systematic review were analyzed by publication year, databases, journals, geographical distribution, main authors and recurrent keywords. Finally, in the discussion the new technologies in FM are treated: (a) Building Information Modelling - BIM; (b) Geographic Information Systems - GIS; (c) Cyber-physical systems - CPS; (d) Big Data; (e) Virtual Reality; (f) Augmented Reality; (g) Internet of Things - IoT; and (h) Radio Frequency identification - RFID. Article was selected at SBTIC 2019.
