NOVAS TECNOLOGIAS COMO RECURSO POSSÍVEL PARA A PRÁTICA DOCENTE
As tecnologias estão presentes no
cotidiano do homem, desde os primórdios, e
são desenvolvidas com a finalidade de ajudar
e facilitar a vida dos indivíduos em suas
diversas atividades. Atualmente, muito se fala
das novas tecnologias e de como elas podem
ajudar do trabalho docente. Pensando nisso,
o presente trabalho tem como objetivo falar a
cerca do que é tecnologia, sua evolução e o uso
das novas tecnologias como recurso possível
para a prática docente. Partindo da história do
surgimento das tecnologias, os impactos que
causou na vida humana, no espaço da sala
de aula e, em especial, na prática docente.
Para tanto, lançamos mão de uma pesquisa
bibliográfica e com a contribuição dos autores
Masetto (2000), Kenski (2007), Freire (1996)
e Moran (2000, buscamos compreender os
temas acima abordados e verificar como estes
interferem na prática docente. Concluímos
que essa modernização invadiu as salas de
aula, e que o professor precisa repensar sua
prática para saber interagir com o seu alunado
através dessas novas tecnologias. Embora
encontre-se um pouco de resistência no início
dessas transformações, o professor deve cada
vez mais se atualizar, pois em meio a tantas
informações e possibilidades de aprendizagem,
o professor deve buscar meios de aprimorar
sua capacidade de comunicação para interagir
com os alunos utilizando as novas tecnologias
como aliada no processo ensino aprendizagem.

Abstract:
Technologies, in their most general
sense, have been present in man’s everyday
life since his very beginning. They have been
developed to assist and facilitate common,
everyday tasks. Presently, much is said about
new technologies and how they can be used to
aid in education. It is with this in mind that this
work will address the issues of defining what
technology is, then its evolution, and, finally,
how the newly formed technologies can be
utilized as a resource and aid in the educational
process. One starts with the early insurgence of
technological endeavors, their impact on human
existence, their impact on the classroom, and,
finally, their impact on the educators. In order
to follow this path, the researchers have used a bibliography of writings by authors
such as Masseto (2000), Kensington (2007), Freire (1996) and Moran (2000). The
purpose was to understand more fully the themes mentioned above and how they
impact education and educators. The conclusion of the research is that technological
development and modernization have invaded the classroom; therefore, the teacher
must rethink and retool his/her methodologies in order to interact with students using the
new technologies that are available. Although there is some resistance in the beginning
of this process, educators should seek to hone their skills to improve communication,
effectively interacting with students as they use these new tools which can be allies in
the learning process.
