NOVA VISÃO DA INTEGRAÇÃO ENSINO-SERVIÇO PARA MELHORIA DO CUIDADO À SAÚDE
A Secretaria Municipal de Saúde de Atibaia visando melhoria do Cuidado à Saúde, fortaleceu a Integração do Ensino-Serviço-Comunidade celebrando o COAPES da Região Bragantina e estruturando o Núcleo de Educação Permanente (NEP). No ano de 2017, o NEP implantou o Programa de Recepção de Estagiário (PRE), com 88 alunos de graduação em Enfermagem. Foram sensibilizados previamente os atores, evidenciando sua importância na realização do estágio. O NEP foi à Universidade apresentar a estrutura e funcionamento da SMS/Atibaia, oportunizando aos alunos sanar dúvidas quanto a rede municipal. Ao iniciar o estágio, os alunos foram recebidos pelas gestoras das Unidades, que já haviam conversado com os servidores sobre a inserção destes no serviço e a relação com os professores. Ao final, foi fundamental o feedback dos discentes e docentes para o serviço, que propuseram mudanças e sinalizaram aspectos positivos e negativos de cada campo de estágio. O PRE fortaleceu o vínculo discente-docente-servidor-comunidade. Os discentes aproveitaram o cenário da prática para o aprendizado e maior relação com a comunidade; os docentes desenvolveram atividades de ensino e pesquisa; no serviço, houve melhora no atendimento aos usuários, e os servidores tiveram a oportunidade de atualização e qualificação profissional.

Abstract:
Municipal Health Departament of Atibaia (MHDA), in order to improve Health Care, strengthened Teaching-Service-Community Integration by celebrating COAPES of Bragantina Region and structuring Permanent Education Nucleus (PEN). In 2017, PEN implemented Trainee Reception Program (TRP), with 88 nursing undergraduate students. The actors were previously sensitized, evidencing their importance in the accomplishment of internship. PEN went to University to present the structure and functioning of MHDA, giving students opportunity to solve questions about municipal network. At the beginning of internship, students were received by Unit’s managers, who had already talked with employees about their inclusion in the service and the relationship with teachers. In the end, students’ and teachers’ feedback were fundamental for the service, who proposed changes and indicated positive and negative aspects of each internship field. TRP strengthened student-teacher-employee-community bond. The students took advantage of practice scenario for learning and a greater relationship with community; teachers developed teaching and research activities; there was improvement in quality service to users, and employees had the opportunity to update and improve professional qualification.
