NOTIFICAÇÕES DOS ACIDENTES DE TRABALHO: uma revisão integrativa
O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar,
na literatura cientifica disponível, as estratégias
utilizadas nos sistemas de Informação da
saúde acerca das notificações dos acidentes
de trabalho ocorridos com os profissionais da
saúde. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, no
qual incluiu artigos publicados na íntegra, em
português, nos últimos cinco anos, nas bases de
dados LILACS, MEDLINE e SCIELO. A coleta
foi realizada em julho de 2018. Resultados:
Foram incluídos 14 artigos: dez na LILACS e
cinco na SCIELO. O ano de maior publicação
foi em 2017 e publicado por profissionais da
área de saúde. Em relação aos resultados
encontrados nos artigos, todos demonstraram
que existe déficit com agravos a saúde do
trabalhador acrescido de alguns prejuízos nas
notificações decorrentes dos acidentes de
trabalho. Por tanto, a notificação de acidentes é
de suma importante, pois é por meio dela que é
possível realizar o planejamento de estratégias
preventivas, assegurar ao trabalhador o direito
de receber avaliação médica, tratamento
adequado e benefícios trabalhistas. Conclui-se
que os acidentes de trabalho ainda acontecem
em grande quantidade e que as estratégias
utilizadas acerca das notificações dos acidentes
de trabalho ocorridos com os profissionais
da saúde apresentam déficit nos sistemas de
saúde do Brasil.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to identify, in the available scientific
literature, the strategies used in the Health Information systems about the notifications
of occupational accidents occurred with health professionals. This is an integrative
review, in which the articles LILACS, MEDLINE and SCIELO were published in full in
Portuguese in the last five years. The collection was performed in July 2018. Results: We
included 14 articles: ten in LILACS and five in SCIELO. The year of greatest publication
was in 2017 and published by health professionals. In relation to the results found in
the articles, all showed that there is a deficit with injuries to the health of the worker plus
some losses in the notifications due to work accidents. Therefore, accident notification
is extremely important because it is through it that it is possible to carry out the planning
of preventive strategies, to assure the worker the right to receive medical evaluation,
adequate treatment and labor benefits. It is concluded that work accidents still occur
in large numbers and that the strategies used on reports of occupational accidents
occurring with health professionals present deficits in health systems in Brazil.
