NOTIFICAÇÃO DE VIOLÊNCIA CONTRA A MULHER NA SAÚDE PÚBLICA: UMA QUESTÃO DE GÊNERO, EDUCAÇÃO E DIREITO
O presente artigo nasce da
inquietação sobre a violência contra a mulher,
tentando respostar sobre o que indicam os
dados de registro de notificação compulsória de
violência doméstica, sexual e outras violências
contra a mulher, no âmbito da saúde pública
município de Salvador, entre 2010-2015. Tem
como objetivo geral investigar e dimensionar
a violência na perspectiva do atendimento à
saúde nesse período, para tanto foi necessário
registrar o processo de implantação da ficha,
descrever e analisar o referido instrumento,
levantar os dados entre 2010 e 2015 e
identificar possíveis distorções considerando
o lócus de atendimento. Quanto à metodologia
utilizou-se da pesquisa documental, numa
perspectiva feminista, utilizando de uma
abordagem qualitativa dos dados encontrados.
Nessa perspectiva o artigo pretende discutir,
dentre outros pontos relevantes, a relação entre
os dados de notificação e o nível educacional
das mulheres vítimas de violência assim como
aponta para a discussão sobre o processo de
educação/formação na perspectiva de gênero
tanto das mulheres quanto dos profissionais
que realizam a notificação. A direção deste
é de realização de um diálogo crítico com
as categorias de gênero, violência, saúde
e educação, embasado na teoria feminista
sustentando a posicionalidade da pesquisadora.
Espera-se, assim, contribuir para uma reflexão
sobre os dados pesquisados e no fortalecimento
e de superação de uma realidade tão complexa
e multifacetada muito presente na vida de
muitas mulheres: a violência.

Abstract:
This article is born from the
concern about violence against women, trying
to answer about this indicates data from the
registry of compulsory notification of domestic,
sexual and other violence against women in the
public health municipality of Salvador, between
2010-2015. Its general objective is to investigate
and dimension the violence in the perspective
of health care in this period. Therefore, it was
necessary to record the process of implantation
of the form, to describe and analyze this
instrument, to collect data between 2010 and 2015 and to identify possible distortions
considering the locus of care. Regarding the methodology we used the documentary
research, from a feminist perspective, using a qualitative approach of the data found.
From this perspective, the article intends to discuss, among other relevant points, the
relationship between the notification data and the educational level of women victims of
violence as well as points to the discussion about the education / training process in the
gender perspective of both women and men. notifying professionals. The direction of
this is to conduct a critical dialogue with the categories of gender, violence, health and
education, based on feminist theory supporting the positionality of the researcher. It is
hoped, thus, to contribute to a reflection on the researched data and the strengthening
and overcoming of such a complex and multifaceted reality very present in the lives of
many women: violence.
