NOTAS SOBRE O MULTICULTURALISMO NA PERSPECTIVA DO DIREITO HUMANO AO DESENVOLVIMENTO
Pretende-se, por meio deste resumo, iniciar discussão sobre o direito humano ao
desenvolvimento a partir da percepção multicultural e sua implicação em termos de
alteridade, sendo esta a problemática. Desenvolve-se por meio de revisão de bibliografias
sobre o tema e análise documental, pelo método dedutivo, a fim de fazer concluir que a
implementação do direito humano ao desenvolvimento, para ser eficaz, necessita de técnicas
de intervenção que levem em consideração, inicialmente, o outro.

Abstract: It is intended, through this summary, to initiate a discussion about the human right to development from the multicultural perception and its implication in terms of otherness, which is the problem. It is developed through a review of bibliographies on the subject and document analysis, using the deductive method, in order to conclude that the implementation of the human right to development, in order to be effective, requires intervention techniques that take into account, initially, the other.
