O ENSINO DE NOÇÕES BÁSICAS DE DIREITO NO ENSINO MÉDIO – UMA PERSPECTIVA DE ATUAÇÃO PELAS LENTES DO PROJETO ADEM
O presente artigo apresenta o trabalho desempenhado pelo projeto de extensão universitária “Aprender Direito no Ensino médio (ADEM)”, que leva noções básicas de direito ao ensino médio, em conformidade com a Constituição Federal de 1988 e demais normas do ordenamento jurídico pátrio, com a premissa de que a educação é direito de todos e que o ensino do Direito é fundamental para o exercício da cidadania.
Os graduandos realizam constantes adequações no planejamento de suas atividades, sob o compromisso de apresentar, de forma acessível e atraente, ao seu público-alvo, o conteúdo proposto. Tangente a isso, foi desenvolvida a "Linha do Tempo dos Direitos da Pessoa Humana", visando facilitar a compreensão e a exposição do Direito, relacionando-o aos fatos da vida cotidiana em sociedade, de forma que, ao final, o público atendido pelo projeto se torne capaz de melhor exercer sua cidadania e de reproduzir o conhecimento adquirido junto ao ADEM.

Abstract:
This article presents the work carried out by the university extension project “Aprender Direito no Ensino Médio (ADEM)”, which takes basic notions of law to secondary education, in accordance with the Federal Constitution of 1988 and other norms of the national legal system, with the premise that education is everyone's right and that the teaching of law is fundamental for the exercise of citizenship.
Undergraduates make constant adjustments in the planning of their activities, under the commitment to present, in an accessible and attractive way, the proposed content to their target audience. Tangent to this, the "Timeline of the Rights of the Human Person" was developed, aiming to facilitate the understanding and exposition of the Law, relating it to the facts of everyday life in society, so that, in the end, the public served by the project becomes capable of better exercising its citizenship and reproducing the knowledge acquired at ADEM.
