NIVEL DE MATURIDADE DA INTELIGENCIA COMPETITIVA: UM ESTUDO NAS EMPRESAS AGROPECUÁRIAS DE RONDONOPOLIS QUE POSSUEM CONTROLADORIA
A Inteligência Competitiva é uma ferramenta que oferece apoio ao processo decisório, além do desenvolvimento de estratégias, as quais visam aumentar o poder competitivo nas organizações. Já nível de maturidade é o grau em que as organizações utilizam as melhores praticas em seus processos, através de um modelo de maturidade que descreva todo o desenvolvimento da entidade. Com isso, essa pesquisa tem por objetivo identificar em que nível de maturidade se encontram as empresas agropecuárias de Rondonópolis-MT que possuem controladoria. Assim, foram levantados os principais pontos de destaques na literatura acerca dessa ferramenta e aplicado um questionário procurando observar em que nível de maturidade a empresa se encontra, assim como o que ela já possui com relação ao contexto e os processos para a Inteligência Competitiva. Concluindo assim, com a confirmação da hipótese de que as empresas agropecuárias que possuem controladoria, localizadas no município de Rondonópolis-MT, possuem um baixo nível de maturidade de IC- Inteligência Competitiva.

Abstract:
Competitive Intelligence is a tool that provides support to the decision-making process, as well as the development of strategies, which aim to increase competitive power in organizations. Maturity level is the degree to which organizations use the best practices in their processes, through a maturity model that describes the entire development of the entity. Therefore, this research aims to identify at what level of maturity are the agricultural companies of Rondonópolis-MT that have control. Thus, the main points of prominence in the literature about this tool were raised and a questionnaire was applied, trying to observe in which level of maturity the company is, as well as what it already has in relation to the context and the processes for the Competitive Intelligence. Concluding, with the confirmation of the hypothesis that the agricultural companies that have control, located in the municipality of Rondonópolis-MT, have a low level of maturity of CI- Competitive Intelligence. -
