NFLUÊNCIAS DO EXERCÍCIO FÍSICO NA SAÚDE DE MULHERES COM CÂNCER DE MAMA
O Câncer de mama é a principal causa de morte entre mulheres com câncer no mundo. Um estudo mostrou que a inatividade física foi responsável por 12% dos óbitos por câncer em 2018. O câncer de mama possui etiologia multifatorial, incluindo fatores genéticos e de estilo de vida, estes modificáveis através do exercício físico. Neste artigo, nos detemos a demonstrar a importância da prática do exercício físico na saúde de um modo geral e de sua, de igual maneira, importância em pacientes com câncer de mama. Ao final, podemos concluir que o câncer de mama deve ser encarado como um problema de saúde pública, bem como os crescentes números de sedentários e da necessidade de se estabelecer o exercício físico como uma ferramenta integrativa nos processos de prevenção e tratamento do câncer de mama.

Abstract:
Breast cancer is the leading cause of death among women with cancer worldwide. A study showed that physical inactivity was responsible for 12% of cancer deaths in 2018. Breast cancer has a multifactorial etiology, including genetic and lifestyle factors, which can be modified through physical exercise. In this article, we stop to demonstrate the importance of physical exercise in health in general and its importance in patients with breast cancer. In the end, we can conclude that breast cancer should be seen as a public health problem, as well as the increasing numbers of sedentary people and the need to establish physical exercise as an integrative tool in the processes of prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
