NEXO CAUSAL: UMA ANÁLISE ENTRE TRANSTORNO MENTAL E TRABALHO
O trabalho é vital para o ser humano, pois permite desenvolver sua força criativa e sua capacidade de imaginar. Pode ser fonte de prazer, mas também de sofrimento. O "mundo do trabalho" tem passado por constantes transformações e essas mudanças começam a deixar marcas diretamente na saúde do trabalhador. E, através de referencial bibliográfico, esta pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar a relação entre transtornos mentais e o trabalho, ou seja, o estabelecimento de nexo causal. A coleta dos dados foi realizada entre os meses de março e maio em diversos bancos de dados. As informações obtidas demonstram a complexidade no estabelecimento do nexo causal entre o adoecimento mental e o trabalho. Devido a fatores multicausais, a determinação do adoecimento depende de uma anamnese ocupacional, com a participação de todos os envolvidos no processo. A avaliação psicológica é fundamental para a investigação diagnóstica, na identificação de possíveis alterações decorrentes do transtorno mental. Pode-se concluir que o estabelecimento do nexo causal entre transtorno mental e trabalho é complexo e necessita de uma gama de informações e conhecimento para uma avaliação coerente. Portanto, o psicólogo deve se capacitar para atender esta demanda crescente no campo da Psicologia.

Abstract:
The work is vital for humans beings, because it allows to develop their creative strength and the ability to imagine. Can be a source of pleasure, but also of hardship. The "world of work" has undergone constant transformations and these changes have begun to make impressions directly on worker’s health. And, through bibliographic references, this research aims to analyze the relationship between mental disorders and work, in other words, the establishment of causal nexus. The information gathering was performed between March and May in several databases. The information acquired demonstrates a complexity in establishing the causal nexus between mental illness and work. Due to multicausal factors, the determination of illness depends on an occupational anamnesis, with the participation of all involved in the process. A psychological assessment is fundamental for diagnostic investigation, identifying possible changes caused by mental disorders. It can be concluded that the establishment of the causal nexus between mental disorder and work is complex and requires a range of information and knowledge for a coherent assessment. Therefore, the psychologist must qualify himself to comply with this growing demand in the field of psychology.
