NEOLIBERALISMO, GLOBALIZAÇÃO E REESTRUTURAÇÃO PRODUTIVA NO BRASIL NAS DÉCADAS DE 1980 E 1990
Nesta reflexão trabalha-se
questões que envolvem a Política Neoliberal,
a Reestruturação Produtiva, a Flexibilização
e o Subemprego e a Globalização no Brasil,
em particular nas décadas de 1980 e 1990. O
processo de globalização provocou profundas
mudanças na organização da produção, nas
empresas e principalmente no trabalho. Os
trabalhadores tiveram prejuízos enormes
com o processo de reestruturação capitalista,
marcado pela expansão da dinâmica neoliberal.
Um forte processo marcado pela precarização
do emprego, intensificação do trabalho e
manipulação do trabalhador, para que pensasse
e atuasse em nome do capital. Com efeito, os
trabalhadores defrontaram-se com processos
muito dinâmicos de tecnificação e reorganização
do trabalho, que aviltam de modo acelerado
suas condições laborais e de emprego.

Keywords: In this reflection one works on the issues which involve Neoliberal Politics, Productive Restructuring, Flexibilization and Underemployment and Globalization in Brazil, particularly in the decades of 1980 and 1990. The process of globalization provoked deep changes in the organization of production, in the companies and mainly in the work. The workers suffered enormous losses with the process of the capitalist restructuring, marked by the expansion of the neoliberal dynamic. A strong process ensued marked by the fragilization of employment, intensification of the work and manipulation of the worker, so that the worker would think and act in the name of capital. In effect, the workers were confronted with very dynamic processes of technification and reorganization of work, which degrade in an accelerated way their labor and job conditions.
