NEOLIBERALISMO E EDUCAÇÃO: Manual do Usuário
O trabalho é uma síntese do artigo “Neoliberalismo e educação: manual do usuário”, de Pablo Gentili, onde o referido autor faz uma abordagem crítica sobre o neoliberalismo na área educacional, destacando a importância de compreendêlo em seu processo hegemônico de estratégia de poder, através da articulação dos sentidos, a partir do uso de reformas concretas, abrangendo os sistemas: econômico, político, jurídico, educacional, entre outros, utilizando-se de estratégias culturais voltadas para a imposição de novos diagnósticos sobre a crise existente e construindo novos significados sociais, com isso legitimando as reformas neoliberais como indispensáveis, cuja aplicação surge como salvação para o atual contexto histórico vivido pelas sociedades. Percebe-se a apresentação feita por Gentili, tentando mostrar a dimensão cultural presente como característica hegemônica, reconhecidamente como responsável pela construção de espaços políticos, envolvendo os intelectuais mais conservadores desde o início do século, onde nesse processo traçaram as bases teóricas e conceituais do neoliberalismo como possibilidade para a alternância de poder. Apresenta a construção da retórica neoliberal na área da educação, mostrando que esta vai além da contextualização regional onde são aplicadas. O questionamento sobre a forma neoliberal de pensar e projetar a política educacional se torna o objetivo principal do artigo de Gentili, onde o mesmo finaliza dando destaque para algumas consequências da pedagogia da exclusão promovida pelos regimes neoliberais em nossas sociedades.

Abstract:
The work is a synthesis of the article “Neoliberalism and education: user manual”, by Pablo Gentili, where the aforementioned author makes a critical approach to neoliberalism in the educational area, highlighting the importance of understanding it in its hegemonic process of power strategy, through the articulation of meanings, from the use of concrete reforms, covering the systems: economic, political, legal, educational, among others, using cultural strategies aimed at imposing new diagnoses on the existing crisis and building new meanings social, thereby legitimizing neoliberal reforms as indispensable, whose application emerges as salvation for the current historical context experienced by societies. We can see the presentation made by Gentili, trying to show the cultural dimension present as a hegemonic characteristic, recognized as responsible for the construction of political spaces, involving the most conservative intellectuals since the beginning of the century, where in this process they traced the theoretical and conceptual bases of neoliberalism as a possibility for the alternation of power. It presents the construction of neoliberal rhetoric in the area of education, showing that it goes beyond the regional contextualization where they are applied. The questioning about the neoliberal way of thinking and designing educational policy becomes the main objective of Gentili's article, where it ends by highlighting some consequences of the pedagogy of exclusion. promoted by neoliberal regimes in our societies.
