NEGRO, EDUCAÇÃO E AÇÕES AFIRMATIVAS: AINDA PRECISAMOS FALAR SOBRE ISSO
O presente trabalho tem como problema central a análise do discurso de estagnação do debate frente às políticas de ação afirmativa referente ao negro no Brasil, com foco na educação. Apresenta como objetivo a análise deste discurso na atualidade e a (des)necessidade de manutenção destes debates. Como recurso metodológico, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica, perpassando pelas representações sociais do negro desde a abolição; o movimento negro brasileiro e a educação como direito humano fundamental em contexto de neoliberalismo de Terceira Via. A conclusão da pesquisa sugere a necessidade de constante debate acerca do tema, frente ao risco de retrocessos.

Abstract:
This work has as central problem the stagnation speech’s analysis of the debate about the affirmative action policies concerning black people in Brazil, focused on education. It presents as objective this discourse's analysis in the present time and the (un)necessity of maintaining these debates. As a methodological resource, a bibliographical research was carried out, going through the social representations of black people since the abolition; the brazilian black movement and education as a fundamental human right in the context of Third Way neoliberalism. The research’s conclusion suggests the need of constant debate on the subject, against the risk of setbacks.
