NEGRAS, NEGROS, SUBJETIVIDADES EM MOVIMENTO BLACK, BLACK, SUBJECTIVITIES IN MOVEMENT
O trabalho centraliza a formação universitária para a promoção da igualdade racial na educação, enfocando as atividades de Pesquisa, Extensão Universitária e Iniciação à Docência integrados no Projeto Negros e Negras em Movimento: relações étnico-raciais na escola e o debate sobre a Lei 10639/03. Visamos a construção de consciência crítica nos educadores para a implementação de novas práticas e conhecimentos no cumprimento da LDB e das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais para a Educação das Relações Étnico-raciais para o Ensino de História e Cultura Afro-brasileira e Africana. Através da pesquisa e extensão enriquecemo-nos culturalmente nas matrizes afro-brasileiras e exercitamos através da iniciação à docência a prática transformadora. A metodologia da pesquisa-ação amplia a formação-reflexão dos participantes do projeto, nas temáticas da erradicação do racismo na educação, reconhecimento e valorização da cultura brasileira de matriz africana. Integramos ao corpus teórico as questões sociais, psicológicas, culturais, políticas e educacionais que envolvem a população afro-brasileira e a disputa nos espaços educacionais formais, especialmente a universidade. Nossas reflexões permitiram identificar dimensões importantes desse processo pedagógico transformador, especialmente nas dimensões do trabalho coletivo, subjetividades e negritude, potencial cognitivo-reflexivo e formação para a promoção da igualdade racial.

Abstract:
The work centralizes university education for the promotion of racial equality in education, focusing on Research, University Extension and Teaching Initiation activities as part of the Blacks and Blacks in Movement Project: ethnic-racial relations at school and the debate on Law 10639/2003. In compliance with the LDB and the National Curriculum Guidelines for the Education of Ethnic-Racial Relations for the Teaching of Afro-Brazilian and African History and Culture. Through research and extension, we culturally enriched ourselves in the Afro-Brazilian matrices and exercised the transforming practice through teaching initiation. The action-research methodologies expands the training-reflection of the Project participants, in the themes of the eradication of racism in education, recognition an appreciation of Brazilian culture of African matrix. We integrate into the theoretical corpus the social, psychological, cultural, political and the dispute in formal educational spaces, especially the university.
