NEGRAS JOVENS OU JOVENS NEGRAS? UM OLHAR AO RACISMO E AO SEXISMO NA CONSTRUÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS DAS MULHERES NEGRAS
O presente trabalho visa analisar como o racismo e o sexismo impactaram na construção dos direitos humanos das mulheres negras, de modo a discutir a incipiência do (ainda relativo) reconhecimento dos seus direitos, o que coloca em discussão a utilização das expressões “negras jovens” ou “jovens negras” para denominar o formato temporal do reconhecimento dos seus direitos. Isso porque o processo de reconhecimento da existência social dos negros e das mulheres foi (e ainda é) bastante lento e difícil. Se for adicionado a qualquer dos marcadores sociais da diferença que os identificam – raça “ou” gênero – o outro marcador, trazendo numa só pessoa a reunião das duas marcações de diferença – raça “e” gênero, pensando, portanto, nas mulheres negras – potencializa-se ainda mais essa falta de reconhecimento de seus direitos humanos. Mas para que essas situações possam ser entendidas precisam ser vistas como partes de um processo histórico de racismo e sexismo, nascidas com a colonização e potencializadas a partir da consideração daquela ou daquele que faz parte de quaisquer desses grupos como o Outro, aquele odiado e repudiado, com o qual não se quer parecer, o que prejudicou (e ainda prejudica) o reconhecimento dos seus direitos humanos. Assim, pelo método dedutivo e a partir de revisão bibliográfica objetiva-se discutir o impacto do racismo e do sexismo na construção dos direitos humanos das mulheres negras.

Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze how racism and sexism have impacted (and still impact) the construction of the human rights of black women, in order to discuss the incipience of the (still relative) recognition of their rights, which calls into question the use of the terms “young black women” or “young women black” to designate the time format of the recognition of their rights. This is because the process of recognizing the social existence of blacks and women was (and still is) rather slow and difficult. If it is added to any of the social markers of difference that identify them – race “or” gender – the other marker, bringing together in one person the meeting of the two markings of difference – race “and” gender”, thinking, therefore, of black women – further strengthens this lack of recognition of their human rights. But for these situations to be understood they must be seen as a historical process of racism and sexism, born with the colonization and potentialized from the consideration of that or that which is part of any of these groups as the Other, hated and repudiated, the one you don’t want to be similar, which harmed (and still harms) the recognition of their human rights. Thus, by the deductive method and from a bibliographic review aims to discuss the impact of racism and sexism on the construction of human rights of black women.
