Abstract: The present research proposes a critical analysis of the configuration of hegemonic feminism in the 21st century, investigating the hypothesis that the movement, after achieving decisive legal milestones and the decline of institutional patriarchy, has transmuted into an ideological simulacrum. The objective is to demonstrate how the contemporary rhetoric of “emancipation” and “empowerment” operates through new devices of power, here conceptualized as Necroliberty and Necro-Empowerment. Based on a discourse analysis approach, a logical-deductive approach, and the analysis of public security and legislation data, it is argued that the artificial maintenance of the discourse of absolute female victimization acts as a Device of Interdiction, silencing dissidence and concealing universal social vulnerabilities. The study utilized the theoretical framework of Michel Foucault, Achille Mbembe, Van Dijk, and Pierre Bourdieu to unveil how the Will to Truth of the prevailing ideology institutes a Social Panopticon, wherein surveillance and “cancellation” replace rational debate, resulting in the symbolic and social extermination of those who do not comply with the hegemonic narrative.
