Abstract: The swimming didactic plan is carried out over eight weeks through a pedagogical progression aimed at teaching fundamental aquatic skills within the school setting. The approach focuses on providing a safe, meaningful, and level-appropriate experience that fosters autonomy, confidence, and body control in water. Each week revolves around a specific topic: water adaptation and safety, floating and breathing, propulsion, Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, and water recreation. A theoretical introduction, a related warm-up, and fifteen progressive activities are included, designed with pedagogical clarity and practical application. Accessible materials such as kickboards, noodles, balls, and floats are used to support activities that stimulate body awareness, coordination, breathing rhythm, and efficient movement in water. The methodology prioritizes inclusion, respect for individual learning rhythms, and enjoyment of the process, avoiding competitive pressure. In the final week, recreational activities are conducted to integrate previously acquired knowledge in a setting of free play, exploration, and collaboration. Attitudes such as self-care, perseverance, empathy, and cooperation are reinforced. Swimming is thus presented as a comprehensive educational tool that supports students' physical, cognitive, and emotional development, encouraging a positive connection with the aquatic environment through a safe, playful, and inclusive pedagogical approach.
