NARRATIVAS DE ABDULAI SILA: A EDUCAÇÃO FORMAL COMO VIA PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTO FRICANO
Grande parte das literaturas africanas destacam como uma de suas características a discussão da (re)construção da nação. A literatura do escritor bissau-guineense Abdulai Sila não é diferente, já que também evidencia essa preocupação. A abordagem que se segue empreende uma leitura da trilogia romanesca deste escritor, destacando o compromisso com uma nova nação, a partir do investimento na educação formal. A ideia é apontar a educação como um dos fatores cruciais para o desenvolvimento de um país, tendo a ficção de Sila como recurso para a abordagem.

Abstract:
A large part of African literatures highlight as one of their characteristics the discussion of the (re)construction of the nation. The literature of the Guinean writer Abdulai Sila is no different, as it also highlights this concern. The approach that follows undertakes a reading of this writer's novelistic trilogy, highlighting the commitment to a new nation, based on investment in formal education. The idea is to point out education as one of the crucial factors for the development of a country, using Sila's fiction as a resource for the approach.
