MU(SEU): espaço de conexão com o público
O presente artigo apresenta reflexões sobre o papel dos museus na formação cultural, social e histórica dos indivíduos. Mostrando a importância desses espaços na produção de vínculos com o público resultando em um senso de identificação e potencial pertencimento. Este trabalho tem como objetivo contribuir para o fortalecimento da educação patrimonial dentro dos espaços museológicos, ele foi realizado a partir de estudos que se debruçam sobre a temática do patrimônio cultural conectado com a sociedade, principalmente na relação mais próxima entre museu e escola, utilizando o exemplo da prática educativa “Construindo o Museu que eu quero” realizada no Museu Antonio Selistre de Campos, localizado na cidade de Chapecó, no estado brasileiro de Santa Catarina. Com os resultados parciais da pesquisa entende-se necessário repensar a trajetória dos museus lançando novos olhares, trazendo o enfoque não só para os objetos, mas também para ideias e perspectivas que confluam em relevantes avanços no que tange à valorização do patrimônio cultural brasileiro.

Abstract:
This article presents reflections on the role of museums in the cultural, social and historical formation of individuals. Showing the importance of these spaces in the production of bonds with the public resulting in a sense of identification and potential belonging. This work aims to contribute to the strengthening of heritage education within museological spaces, it was carried out based on studies that focus on the theme of cultural heritage connected with society, mainly in the closest relationship between museum and school, using the example of the educational practice “Building the Museum that I want” held at the Antonio Selistre de Campos Museum, located in the city of Chapecó, in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. With the partial results of the research, it is necessary to rethink the trajectory of museums by taking a new look, bringing the focus not only to objects, but also to ideas and perspectives that converge in relevant advances regarding the valorization of Brazilian cultural heritage.
