MULHERES-MÃES: SUAS DORES, SUAS LUTAS, SEUS AMORES
Este texto propõe-se a refletir sobre a saúde materno-infantil, tendo como componente principal a saúde da mulher e a relação com os serviços de saúde, destacando a ética como pano de fundo para a análise de problemas com os quais mulheres, crianças e profissionais de saúde deparam-se no cotidiano das instituições de saúde materno-infantil. O objetivo desta reflexão é contribuir para o fortalecimento da noção de mulher-mãe como sujeito histórico, ativo, protagonista de sua história de vida; um ser não submisso a estruturas que as determinem, oprimam e incapacitem para a transformação da realidade, visto que a ideia de maternidade, tal como hoje é concebida no contexto social brasileiro expressa, ainda, padrões que refletem moralidades tradicionais, fundamentados em valores atribuídos à mulher e naturalizados nos espaços de saúde. O percurso metodológico adotado foi a pesquisa bibliográfica onde a discussão sobre a saúde materno-infantil é abordada pelo viés da Saúde Pública e busca compreender o fenômeno saúde da mulher numa perspectiva de totalidade, evidenciando a evolução da política de saúde da mulher e a inserção do assistente social nesse cenário, na busca pela garantia de direitos sociais e consolidação do projeto ético-político do Serviço Social, assim como depoimentos colhidos ao longo da trajetória profissional como assistente social, e representa o esforço de dar visibilidade à luta das mulheres sujeito desta narrativa, que fazem de suas histórias de vida a militância no movimento em prol da saúde pública, gratuita e de qualidade.

Abstract:
This text aims to reflect upon the maternal and child health, having as the main component the women's health and its relationship with health services, highlighting ethics as a background for the analysis of problems which women, children and health professionals face in the daily life of maternal and child health institutions. The objective of this reflection is to contribute to the strengthening of the notion of women-mother as a historical, active subject, protagonist of her life story; a being not subject to structures that determine, oppress and disable them for the transformation of reality, since the idea of motherhood, as it is conceived today in the Brazilian social context, also expresses standards that reflect traditional moralities, based on values attributed to women and naturalized in health spaces. The methodological approach adopted was the bibliographic research where the discussion about maternal and child health is approached from the Public Health perspective and seeks to understand the phenomenon of women's health in a perspective of totality, evidencing the evolution of women's health policy and the insertion of the social worker in this scenario, in the search for the guarantee of social rights and consolidation of the ethical-political project of the Social Service, as well as testimonies collected throughout the professional trajectory as a social worker, and represents the effort to give visibility to the struggle of women subject of this narrative, who turn their life stories into militancy in the movement in favor of free, quality public health.
