MULHERES EM AÇÕES TRANSVERSAIS
Nesse cenário, o foco do desenvolvimento do projeto é as Engenharias, enquanto o objeto é o rompimento das barreiras sociais e culturais impostas historicamente ao gênero feminino com objetivos claros de fomentar à participação e à formação de meninas e mulheres para as carreiras de engenharias despertando o interesse vocacional de estudantes do sexo feminino da Educação Básica por estas profissões e estimular as graduandas do Ensino Superior à permanecer nestes cursos, a partir da criação da REDE #MULHERESNASENGENHARIAS. Abordou-se ainda através de diversas ações de extensão, as questões de gênero e temas ambientais relacionados à sustentabilidade e às energias alternativas. Ao final das ações, despertou -se nas participantes afinidades com a vida acadêmica, aproximando-as das engenharias de maneira que elas se sentiram motivadas e motivaram suas/seus colegas a ingressarem no ensin o superior, principalmente nas engenharias e as graduandas a permanecerem nestes cursos. Finalmente, esse trabalho relata o desenvolvimento do projeto contemplado no Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq) intitulado “REDE #EUMENINAEUMULHERNAEDUCAÇÃO: RUMO A PRÁXIS NA ENGENHARIA, TECNOLOGIA E INOVAÇÃO”, cujo objetivo foi incentivar as mulheres a ingressarem nos cursos de exatas, especialmente nas engenharias.

Abstract:
In this scenario, the focus of the development of the project is engineering, while the object is the breaking down of social and cultural barriers historically imposed on the female gender with clear objectives to encourage the participation and training of girls and women for careers in engineering, arousing the vocational interest of female students of basic education for these professions and stimulate graduates of higher education to remain in these courses, from the creation of the #WOMEN IN ENGINEERING NETWORK. Gender issues and environmental themes related to sustainability and alternative energies were also approached through several extension actions. At the end of the actions, affinity with academic life was awakened in the participants, bringing them closer to engineering in such a way that they felt motivated and encouraged their colleagues to enter higher education, especially in engineering, and the female students to remain in these courses. Finally, this paper reports the development of the project contemplated in National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) entitled "NETWORK #MEGIRLMEWOMAN INEDUCATION: TOWARDS PRAXIS IN ENGINEERING, TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION", whose goal was to encourage women to enter the exact courses, especially in engineering.
