MULHERES E O MERCADO FINANCEIRO: COMPREENDENDO A MÃO DE OBRA FEMININA E O MERCADO DE TRABALHO NAS ATIVIDADES FINANCEIRAS
Estudar o papel da mulher no mercado de trabalho é realizar um estudo diacrônico do seu percurso na história. O presente artigo se propõe a estudar e descrever a presença das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, a evolução da mão de obra feminina e entender as formas de preconceito e desvalorização que ocorrem na sociedade. Avaliar a evolução do papel feminino é desprender-se de ser apenas a cuidadora dos componentes familiares e passar a se integrar como mão de obra produtiva no mercado de trabalho. No processo de evolução, a mulher encontra-se em uma posição de desvalorização em seus afazeres, sendo vista como inferior ao homem. O presente estudo foi escrito a partir de uma análise quantitativa sobre os dados dos empregos por gênero no mercado financeiro e foi evidenciado durante a pesquisa se ainda há indícios de desigualdades salariais entre os sexos. Observou-se por meio dos resultados que está discrepância ainda se faz presente, mesmo com os profissionais de mesmo nível de formação. Os resultados apresentam a diferença salarial entre os profissionais, principalmente quando os níveis de especialização são maiores. Concluiu-se que, mesmo ocorrendo crescimento no mercado de trabalho e ocupando espaços antes atribuídos apenas aos homens, a mulher, embora em posições hierárquicas diversas, obtém ganhos inferiores em relação às mesmas funções ocupadas pelo homem, em tratamento desigual a que as mulheres estão sujeitas.

Abstract:
To study the role of women in the labor market is to perform a diachronic study of their path in history. This article aims to study and describe the presence of women in the labor market, the evolution of the female workforce, and to understand the forms of prejudice and devaluation that occur in society. To evaluate the evolution of the female role is to detach from being only the caretaker of the family components and start to integrate as productive labor in the labor market. In the process of evolution, women find themselves in a position of devaluation in their tasks, being seen as inferior to men. The present study was written from a quantitative analysis of the data on jobs per gender in the financial market, and it was evidenced during the research whether there is still evidence of wage inequalities between the sexes. It was observed through the results that this discrepancy is still present, even among professionals with the same level of education. The results show the wage gap between the professionals, especially when the levels of specialization are higher. It was concluded that, even though there has been growth in the labor market and occupying spaces previously attributed only to men, the woman, although in different hierarchical positions, obtains lower earnings in relation to the same functions occupied by men, in unequal treatment to which women are subjected.
