Abstract: This article focuses on the theme of environmental conservation in conjunction with valuing cultural diversity on the Cora Coralina Trail, using as a case study the work of rural women in the Serra dos Pireneus APA area, in Cocalzinho de Goiás, Corumbá de Goiás and Pirenópolis (GO). The research, which was qualitative in nature, used the following methods: registration of the study area, a survey of socio-historical, cultural and environmental aspects, exploratory research, trail and interviews. The analysis of the strategies promoted on rural properties consisted of organizing the reports and regrouping the textual elements according to common characteristics, divided into the categories selected for this study: environmental education; private natural heritage reserve; agroecology; traditional knowledge and know-how; and strengthening networks and political participation on the Way. The research showed that women landowners play an important role on the Way in raising awareness and encouraging conservation of the Cerrado and valuing its natural, historical and cultural heritage.
