Mulheres de presidiários: um estudo das representações sociais nas relações conjugais
A seguinte pesquisa busca um estudo exploratório acerca das mulheres de presidiários, tais como se dá as relações conjugais e suas representações sociais, pautadas sobre os teóricos Bauman (2003, 2004) e Moscovici (1978), contextualizando as correlações existentes entre gênero, afetividade e pré-julgamento social, discorrendo as inconstâncias emocionais no aguardo ao fim da pena e a esperança da constituição de uma família. Ademais, compreendem-se as motivações intrínsecas dos seus laços afetivos aos apenados, filhos e familiares, abordando as suas vivências e experiências sociais, as quais refletem a sua identidade e subjetividade, e assim, estabelecem uma linha de temporalidade e causalidade entre o primeiro contato, a rotina das visitas íntimas e a formação de uma relação conjugal, mediando a trajetória individual e profissional feminina. Analisamos as possíveis motivações que levam mulheres a iniciar e/ou manter relações estáveis que, diferentemente da normalidade, seus parceiros estão sob liberdade privada. Bem como averiguamos quais são os sentimentos e quais prejuízos decorrentes do cárcere para essa união, principalmente no que configura a manutenção de dois fatores emocionais nas relações conjugais: o amor e o medo. As metodologias utilizadas foram as entrevistas semi-estruturadas, elaboradas com base nos objetivos da pesquisa, sendo que a análise de conteúdo das entrevistas se deu brevemente pela revisão e seleção de um grupo de respostas, com enfoque comparativo, objetivando compreender as motivações intrínsecas que levam uma mulher a se manter num relacionamento com um presidiário, tal como se deu o seu envolvimento e a sua permanência, salientando uma busca pelo diferencial de respostas dessas mulheres.

Abstract:
The following research seeks an exploratory study about women of prisoners, such as marital relations and their social representations, based on the theorists Bauman (2003, 2004) and Moscovici (1978), contextualizing the existing correlations among gender, affection, and social prejudgment, discussing the emotional inconstancies awaiting the end of the sentence and the hope of the constitution of a family. Moreover, we understand the intrinsic motivations of their affective ties to the guilty, children, and family, showing the life and social experiences, which reflect their identities and subjectivities, and thus, establish a line of temporality and causality among the first contact, the routine of intimate visits and the formation of a marital relationship, mediating the individual and professional trajectory of women. We analyze the possible motivations that lead women to start and/or maintain stable relationships that, unlike normal, their partners are under private freedom. As well as we find out what are the feelings and what damages resulting from the jail for this union, especially in what configures the maintenance of two emotional factors in marital relations: love and fear. The methodologies usedwere the semi-structured interviews, elaborated based on the research objectives, and the content analysis of the interviews was briefly reviewed and selected a group of answers, with comparative focus, aiming to understand the intrinsic motivations that lead a woman maintaining a relationship with guilty, as well as her involvement and permanence, emphasizing a search for the particularity in the responses of these women.
