MUDANÇAS GERADAS NOS PROCESSOS ORGANIZACIONAIS UTILIZANDO A FERRAMENTA 5W2H
No ambiente competitivo da organização a falta de habilidade no planejamento e na prestação de serviços dificulta sua permanência no mercado. O plano de atividade permite o acompanhamento e orientação de uma série de funções que deverão ser implementadas, representando a transição das estratégias em desempenho. Para a construção do plano de ação a ser seguido pela organização, a 5W2H é uma ferramenta de simples entendimento e aplicação, para que a ferramenta e funcione é necessário o envolvimento de todas as etapas da empresa, demonstrar que a meta é viável, entende-se que foi criado inicialmente para gestão de qualidade. O objetivo deste estudo é identificar as melhorias que ocorrem nos processos organizacionais após a implementação da ferramenta 5W2H através da análise de artigos publicados entre os anos de 2010 a 2021. Esta pesquisa é bibliográfica sendo elaborada a partir de material já publicado, constituído de artigos científicos, tendo seus dados coletados através das bases de dados Google Acadêmico e SCIELO sendo utilizados os descritores: 5W2H, melhoria contínua e ferramentas da qualidade de onde foram extraídos 5 artigos publicados entre os anos de 2017 a 2021. Notou-se que a utilização das ferramentas 5W2H pode ser aplicada tanto para a obtenção de melhores resultados, redução de custos, minimização do retrabalho, como também para a resolução de problemas. Concluímos que as principais mudanças geradas nas organizações com a implementação da ferramenta 5W2H são: a consolidação do negócio, a obtenção de melhores resultados, a redução de custos, a minimização do retrabalho, a motivação dos colaboradores e a resolução de problemas existentes.

Abstract:
In the competitive environment of the organization, the lack of ability in planning and service delivery hinders its permanence in the market. The activity plan allows the monitoring and guidance of a series of functions that should be implemented, representing the transition of strategies into performance. To build the action plan to be followed by the organization, the 5W2H is a tool of simple understanding and application, for the tool and work it is necessary the involvement of all stages of the company, demonstrate that the goal is feasible, it is understood that it was created initially for quality management. The objective of this study is to identify the improvements that occur in organizational processes after the implementation of the 5W2H tool through the analysis of articles published between the years 2010 and 2021. This is a bibliographical research based on published material, consisting of scientific articles, and its data were collected through the Google Academic and SCIELO databases, using the descriptors: 5W2H, continuous improvement, and quality tools, from which five articles published between the years 2017 and 2021 were extracted. It was noted that the use of 5W2H tools can be applied both to obtain better results, reduce costs, minimize rework, and also to solve problems. We conclude that the main changes generated in organizations with the implementation of the 5W2H tool are: the consolidation of the business, the achievement of better results, the reduction of costs, the minimization of rework, the motivation of employees, and the resolution of existing problems.
