Abstract: This narrative review synthesizes evidence on how climatic variables modulate Aedes-transmitted arboviruses in Brazil. Searches in LILACS, SciELO, and PubMed (2019–2024) identified three eligible studies: a time series in Minas Gerais relating minimum temperature and dengue incidence; an analysis of Amazonian capitals examining the Southern Oscillation–El Niño; and entomological surveillance during winter in Barbacena. The findings indicate that minimum temperature and large-scale climate variability influence risk, seasonality, and spatial heterogeneity, while vector activity persists outside the 'high season.' Practical implications include incorporating climate metrics into early warning systems, maintaining continuous surveillance and management, and coordinating actions with sanitation and environmental management. Gaps remain in multi-source predictive models and operational impact assessments, which are crucial for translating evidence into routine public health practices
