MUDANÇAS ANGULARES DOS JOELHOS EM GENO VARO E GENO VALGO IDENTIFICADAS EM RADIOGRAFIAS
O joelho é avaliado como uma das articulações mais complexas quando se refere ao quesito de sua biomecânica e mais simples quanto sua funcionalidade. Dentro do âmbito ortopédico as deformidades de caráter mais importante são as de membros inferiores no plano frontal caracterizadas como geno valgo e geno varo, essas disfunções são ainda subdivididas em fisiológico e patológico. O diagnóstico é feito através de um compilado de avaliação clínica e confirmação radiográfica. As radiografias são indispensáveis não só para diagnóstico bem como para traçar o tratamento posterior, são realizadas em duas projeções e as incidências que melhores se adequam são AP do joelho e Lateral do joelho. Dentro desse quesito, essa revisão tem como objetivo principal apresentar os resultados de estudos que ocorrem com as mudanças angulares dos joelhos em geno varo e geno valgo identificadas em radiografias. Esta revisão de literatura foi realizada a partir da investigação em material teórico sobre o assunto de interesse.

Abstract:
The knee is assessed as one of the most complex joints when it comes to its biomechanics and the simplest in terms of functionality. Within the orthopedic scope, the most important deformities are those of the lower limbs in the frontal plane characterized as genus valgus and genus varus, these dysfunctions are further subdivided into physiological and pathological. The diagnosis is made through a compilation of clinical evaluation and radiographic confirmation. Radiographs are indispensable not only for diagnosis as well as for tracing subsequent treatment, they are performed in two projections and the views that best suit are AP of the knee and lateral of the knee. Within this aspect, this review had as main objective to present the results of studies that occur with the angular changes of the knees in geno varus and geno valgus identified in radiographs. This literature review was carried out based on the investigation of theoretical material on the subject of interest.
