MOVIMENTOS SEPARATISTAS E A CONSTITUIÇÃO: “UMA ANÁLISE DO MOVIMENTO NO BRASIL, SOB O OLHAR DA CONSTITUIÇÃO FEDERAL ”
Atualmente existem diversos movimentos separatistas no mundo, esses movimentos
buscam independência de determinada região, seja por fatores de caráter
econômico, político, étnico ou cultural. No Brasil estes movimentos vão surgindo ao
decorrer do tempo, atualmente esses movimentos têm ganhado força devido à falta
de representatividade política no país, cenário agravado após diversos escândalos
de corrupção. Observando de um prisma onde os movimentos separatistas ao redor
do mundo possuem um caráter histórico-cultural, é possível notar que, no Brasil,
eles surgem a partir de um descontentamento de parte da população em regiões
especificas do território Nacional, o que de um modo geral está ligado à política
governamental do país. Diante deste contexto, a presente pesquisa traz a análise
sobre os movimentos separatistas em diversos Estados e Regiões do
Brasil.Contudo, o estudo traz informações referentes ao dispositivo legal que visa à
união indissolúvel dos Estados e Municípios e DF, sem o interesse em julgar o
mérito da questão, mas tão somente apresentar uma visão constitucional acerca
do tema.

Abstract:
Currently there are several separatist movements in the world, these movements
seek independence from a certain region, whether due to economic, political,
ethnicor cultural factors. In Brazil these movements are emerging over time, currently
these movements have gained strength due to the lack of political representation in
the country, aggravated after several corruption scandals. Observing from a prism
where the separatist movements around the world have a historical-cultural
character, it is possible to notice that the separatist movements in Brazil arise from a
discontent of part of this population in specific regions of the national territory, which
most of them are linked to government policy in the country. In this context, the
present research brings the analysis of the separatist movements in several States
and Regions of Brazil, however, the study brings information regarding the legal
device that aims at the indissoluble union of the States and Municipalities and DF,
without the interest in judging the merit of the issue, but only to present a
constitutional view about it. -
