MOVIMENTO FEMINISTA NO BRASIL E A INFLUÊNCIA DESTE MOVIMENTO NO DIREITO DA MULHER
O presente trabalho visa investigar a história do movimento feminista no Brasil até os dias atuais, destacando sua organização, lutas, principais conquistas e desafios. É importante mencionar que na década de 1970 ocorreram movimentos internacionais que tiveram seus reflexos abarcados pela sociedade brasileira. No entanto, o movimento feminista ganhou força, iniciando o período de crítica acerca da condição de vida em que a mulher brasileira estava submetida. Ademais, o movimento feminista foi o principal responsável por garantir a igualdade entre os gêneros no Art. 5º da Constituição Federativa do Brasil de 1988. A partir desta conquista, o movimento feminista encabeçou inúmeras outras lutas que obtiveram como resultado o direito de estar inseridas no mercado de trabalho em sua amplitude, não podendo ser impedida por questões de gênero, e nem serem preteridas com diferenças salariais. O presente estudo bibliográfico abrange conhecimentos das Ciências Humanas e Sociais, principalmente da Sociologia, Direito e da História, amparada principalmente nos estudos de gênero propostos por Soares (1994), Sarti (1988), Ávila (2001), Moraes (2008), dentre tantos outros. A natureza da pesquisa é qualitativa por buscar evidenciar e interpretar as informações coletadas na revisão literária. Sob essa égide, fomentar as discussões sobre o feminismo, possui como principal escopo o combate a opressão e o preconceito que as mulheres vêm sofrendo ao longo da história. Apesar deste movimento ter conquistado inúmeros direitos para as mulheres, ele ainda é descredibilizado por uma maioria de cidadãos, inclusive por mulheres que desconhecem a história deste movimento e sua importância na construção da sociedade brasileira que está longe de ser a ideal, mas que já avançou e vem avançando na igualdade entre os gêneros. De tal modo, evidencia-se que essa investigação visa contribuir com a diminuição de preconceito e discriminação que as mulheres sofreram e ainda sofrem, escrutinando a constituição de alternativas que busquem efetivamente a construção de uma sociedade igualitária, inclusiva e autônoma.

Abstract:
This work aims to investigate the history of the feminist movement in Brazil up to the present day, highlighting its organization, struggles, main achievements and challenges. It is important to mention that in the 1970s there were international movements that had their reflexes embraced by Brazilian society. However, the feminist movement gained strength, starting the period of criticism about the condition of life in which Brazilian women were subjected. Furthermore, the feminist movement was primarily responsible for ensuring gender equality in Article 5 of the 1988 Federal Constitution of Brazil. From this achievement, the feminist movement spearheaded numerous other struggles that resulted in the right to be included in the labor market in its breadth, and cannot be impeded by gender issues, nor can it be neglected with salary differences. This bibliographical study covers knowledge of Human and Social Sciences, mainly Sociology, Law and History, supported mainly in gender studies proposed by Soares (1994), Sarti (1988), Ávila (2001), Moraes (2008), among so many others. The nature of the research is qualitative as it seeks to highlight and interpret the information collected in the literary review. Under this aegis, fostering discussions about feminism has as its main scope the fight against oppression and prejudice that women have suffered throughout history. Although this movement has won countless rights for women, it is still discredited by a majority of citizens, including women who are unaware of the history of this movement and its importance in the construction of Brazilian society, which is far from ideal, but which has already advanced. and has been advancing gender equality. Thus, it is evident that this research aims to contribute to the reduction of prejudice and discrimination that women have suffered and still suffer, scrutinizing the constitution of alternatives that effectively seek to build an egalitarian, inclusive and autonomous society.
