MONITORIA DE LEITURA E DE PRODUÇÃO TEXTUAL NA UNIVERSIDADE: LETRAMENTOS PARA AS PRÁTICAS SOCIAIS.
Este capítulo tenciona expor as ações desenvolvidas no Projeto Leitura e Produção Textual: práticas de letramentos acadêmico-científicos na monitoria da UFFS – Campus Realeza, PR. O objetivo é relatar como os monitores do Projeto realizam ações linguístico-pedagógicas, no intuito de assessorar a inserção adequada de estudantes, bem como técnicos e participantes externos à IES, em comunidades de prática científica, a partir de letramentos acadêmicos. Os atendimentos procuram apresentar uma postura de interação da linguagem, em que o papel do monitor é o de mediador do aprender intelectual e o do estudante, de sujeito atuante na construção de seu saber, com o uso de instrumentos fundamentados em materiais bibliográficos e em temas pertinentes ao objetivo da Monitoria. Para que essa proposta efetive-se, estuda-se a teoria, elabora-se material didático-pedagógico sobre leitura e produção textual acadêmica que subsidie os atendimentos e cria-se um sistema que potencialize a prática monitora. Como resultados obtidos, constata-se o aumento da procura por atendimentos, com retorno positivo dos participantes em relação à Monitoria de Leitura e de Produção Textual.

Abstract:
This chapter intends to expose the actions developed in the Reading and Textual Production Project: academic-scientific literacy practices in the monitoring of UFFS - Campus Realeza, PR. The objective is to report how the Project monitors perform linguistic-pedagogical actions, in order to assist the proper insertion of students, as well as technicians and participants outside the HEI, in communities of scientific practice, based on academic literacy. The attendances seek to present a posture of language interaction, in which the role of the monitor is the mediator of intellectual learning and the student, the acting subject in the construction of their knowledge, using instruments based on bibliographic materials
and themes relevant to the objective of the Monitoring. In order for this proposal to be effective, the theory is studied, the didactic-pedagogical material is elaborated about reading and academic textual production that subsidizes the attendances and a system is created that enhances the monitoring practice. As results, it is verified the increase of the demand for attendance, with positive return of the participants in relation to the Reading and Textual Production Monitoring.
