MOLA HIDATIFORME: DIAGNÓSTICO E TRATAMENTO
INTRODUÇÃO: A Doença Trofoblástica Gestacional (DTG) é definida como um grupo heterogêneo de lesões inter-relacionadas que surgem do epitélio trofoblástico da placenta após fertilização anormal. A Mola Hidatiforme (MH) é a forma clinica mais comum de DTG, apresentando duas entidades distintas: mola hidatiforme completa (MHC) e mola hidatiforme parcial (MHP). OBJETIVOS: Realizar um levantamento bibliográfico acerca do que a literatura aborda sobre o diagnóstico e tratamento da mola hidatiforme. METODOLOGIA: Trata-se de uma revisão da literatura na base de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS). Os artigos foram coletados no período de maio de 2020. Foram utilizados os descritores: Doença Trofoblástica Gestacional, Mola hidatiforme, Diagnóstico e Tratamento, como critério de inclusão foram considerados: texto completo, idioma português, espanhol e inglês, que retratassem a temática em estudo, publicados com o recorte temporal de 2015 a 2020, e como critério de exclusão: textos repetidos, incompletos e que não focaram no tema exposto. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÃO: Dentro dessas buscas foram encontrados 68 artigos, porém, após a exclusão de achados duplicados e incompletos, restringiram-se a 15 obras. Ao final das análises, 10 artigos foram incluídos na revisão, porque melhor se enquadraram no objetivo proposto. Os artigos foram agrupados em categorias por similaridade de temas e dentre as temáticas trabalhadas, destacam-se: diagnóstico e tratamento. CONCLUSÃO: Conclui-se que o seguimento das pacientes é importante para cura e evitar o desenvolvimento de doença maligna. É importante a capacitação dos profissionais quanto a essa patologia, de modo a garantir a saúde da população feminina, bem como conscientizar a essa população sobre a importância de medidas preventivas e recuperativas para garantir qualidade de vida.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Gestational Trophoblastic Disease (DTG) is defined as a heterogeneous group of interrelated lesions that arise from the trophoblastic epithelium of the placenta after abnormal fertilization. The hydatidiform mole (MH) is the most common clinical form of DTG, presenting two distinct entities: complete hydatidiform mole (MHC) and partial hydatiform mole (MHP). OBJECTIVES: To carry out a bibliographic survey about what the literature addresses about the diagnosis and treatment of hydatidiform mole. METHODOLOGY: This is a literature review in the database of the Virtual Health Library (VHL). The articles were collected in the period of May 2020. The following descriptors were used: Gestational Trophoblastic Disease, Hydatidiform Mole, Diagnosis and Treatment, as inclusion criteria were considered: full text, Portuguese, Spanish and English, which depicted the subject under study , published with the time frame from 2015 to 2020, and as an exclusion criterion: repeated, incomplete texts that did not focus on the exposed theme. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: Within these searches 68 articles were found, however, after excluding duplicate and incomplete findings, they were restricted to 15 works. At the end of the analyzes, 10 articles were included in the review, because they best fit the proposed objective. The articles were grouped into categories by similarity of themes and among the themes worked, the following stand out: diagnosis and treatment. CONCLUSION: It is concluded that the follow-up of patients is important to cure and prevent the development of malignant disease. It is important to train professionals on this pathology, in order to guarantee the health of the female population, as well as to make this population aware of the importance of preventive and restorative measures to guarantee quality of life.
