MODIFICAÇÃO DA HABITAÇÃO: UMA AVALIAÇÃO PÓS-OCUPAÇÃO NO CONJUNTO HABITACIONAL DE INTERESSE SOCIAL EWERTON MONTENEGRO GUIMARÃES EM VILA VELHA-ES
Este trabalho apresenta uma
avaliação pós-ocupação aplicada no conjunto
habitacional de interesse social, Ewerton
Montenegro Guimarães, localizado no município
de Vila Velha - ES, buscando compreender
o perfil familiar, o nível de satisfação e as
modificações efetuadas nas habitações em
função das necessidades dos moradores.
A escolha deste conjunto foi motivada pela
observação das inúmeras transformações
realizadas pelos moradores no módulo
habitacional original, construídas para atender
as novas demandas familiares. Objetivase propor diretrizes projetuais e ações que
possam auxiliar entidades públicas/ privadas
na elaboração dos projetos de habitações de
interesse social através da participação dos
moradores ainda na fase projetual, prevendo
as ampliações da habitação e sua evolução.
Entende-se que quanto maior for a participação
dos moradores no desenvolvimento dos projetos
de suas moradias, maior será a possibilidade
de acomodar desejos e anseios. A identificação
das prioridades dos futuros moradores colabora
para a melhor apropriação dos espaços após
a construção. Projetos de habitação social que
consideram possíveis transformações ao longo
do tempo contribuem para o conforto térmico
e lumínico das casas, o menor desperdício de
materiais e para a eficiência dos investimentos
públicos.

Abstract:
This study presents a postoccupation evaluation applied in the social
interest housing complex, Ewerton Montenegro
Guimarães, in Vila Velha – ES. The work
investigates the family profile, their level of
satisfaction and the modifications made in the
dwellings according to the needs of the residents. The reason for choosing this particular
complex was motivated by the observation of the numerous transformations carried out
by the residents on the original housing module, built to meet the newcomers demands.
The objective is to propose some project guidelines and actions to help public / private
entities in the elaboration of housing projects of social interest through the participation
of residents in the beginning of the design stage, in order to anticipate the expansion
of housing and its evolution. It is understood that the greater the participation of
residents in the projects development of their own dwellings, the greater the possibility
of expressing their aspiration, indicating therefore their priorities. Consequently, a more
organised appropriation of these spaces and lesser expenses reforms carried out for
possible changes in the family’s evolution, following the reduction of public investments
for housing projects of social interest as well as improving the quality of residents’ life.
