MODELAGEM DOS PROCESSOS DE AQUISIÇÃO DE UMA ORGANIZAÇÃO HUMANITÁRIA DO ESTADO DE SANTA CATARINA

Diversas organizações humanitárias prestam serviços de apoio e socorro

às populações afetadas por desastres naturais com a finalidade de evitar o

sofrimento humano e perdas econômicas. A Secretaria do Estado de Santa

Catarina de Defesa Civil (SDC) é a organização responsável pelo atendimento às

operações de resposta aos desastres no estado. O presente artigo tem como

finalidade modelar e analisar os processos de aquisição da SDC considerando o

Modelo de Referência de Tarefas (MRT) e utilizando a notação Business Process

Management Notation (BPMN). As principais contribuições do artigo encontram-se

definidas pela organização e alinhamento das principais atividades da SDC com

outros processos e/ou entidades inseridas na Logística Humanitária (LH).

Abstract:
Various humanitarian organizations provide help and support services

to populations affected by natural disasters with the purpose of avoiding human

suffering and economical losses. Santa Catarina’s National Guard Secretariat (SDC)

is the organization responsible for the disaster relief operations in the State. This

article aims to model and analyze SDC’s acquisition process considering the

Reference Task Model (RTM) and using the Business Process Management

Notation (BPMN). The main contributions of the paper are defined by the

organization and alignment of the main activities of the SDC with other processes

and/or entities in Humanitarian Logistics (LH).
