MOBILIZAÇÃO PRECOCE, SUA INFLUÊNCIA NA FORÇA MUSCULAR E NO TEMPO DE INTERNAÇÃO DO PACIENTE CRÍTICO EM UMA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA: REVISÃO DE LITERATURA
A mobilização precoce vem ganhando espaço importante na recuperação do paciente crítico devido os seus benefícios sobre o imobilismo e no tempo de internação. O objetivo deste estudo é buscar na literatura trabalhos e pesquisas que mostrem a influência da mobilização precoce na força muscular e sua correlação com o tempo de internação dos pacientes críticos internados em unidades de terapia intensiva (UTI). Tratou-se de uma pesquisa de revisão de literatura, do tipo exploratória-descritiva, desenvolvida por meio da análise bibliográfica. Foi realizada uma busca ativa por artigos nas bases de dados da Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS), SCIELO, MEDLINE e LILACS, e o período da busca compreendeu de abril a junho de 2016. Foram selecionados 13 artigos para o estudo. Verificamos por meio desta pesquisa que a mobilização precoce quando realizada contribui para o aumento da força muscular, da capacidade funcional e reduz o tempo de internação dos pacientes críticos, além de diminuir o gasto com medicamentos. E com isso gerando rotatividade nos leitos da UTI, levando a um declínio no tempo de uso da ventilação mecânica e o desmame desses pacientes, facilitando o retorno às suas atividades diárias e dando melhores condições de vida e sobrevida aos pacientes.

Abstract:
Early mobilization is gaining important space in the recovery of critically ill patients due to its benefits of immobility and hospitalization. The aim of this study is to pursue studies in the literature and research that show the influence of early mobilization in muscle strength and its correlation with the length of stay of critically ill patients in intensive care units (ICU). This was a literature review of research, exploratory and descriptive type, developed through literature review. an active search for articles in the Virtual Library databases in Health was held (BVS), SCIELO, MEDLINE and LILACS, and the period of search realized from April to June 2016. We selected 13 articles for the study. We found through this research that early mobilization when performed contributes to increased muscle strength, functional capacity and reduces the length of stay of critically ill patients, and reduce spending on drugs. And with that generating turnover in the ICU beds, leading to a decline in the use of time of mechanical ventilation and weaning these patients, facilitating the return to their daily activities and providing better standards of life and survival of patients.
