MÍDIA E CONSTRUÇÃO DA REALIDADE: O DISCURSO DA INSEGURANÇA E DO MEDO E SUAS CONSEQUENTES VIOLAÇÕES CONSTITUCIONAIS NAS NOTÍCIAS VEICULADAS POR PROGRAMAS POLICIAIS.
O presente trabalho pretende analisar as notícias veiculadas pelo programa policial de televisão “Ronda Geral”, transmitido em Pernambuco e fazer uma discussão teórica acerca do medo e da insegurança no discurso da mídia e as consequentes violações constitucionais realizadas. Para observar concretamente de que forma o discurso da mídia interfere na sociedade a pesquisa contou com referências bibliográficas e com a seleção de três amostras do programa em determinado período, para isso foi utilizado o tipo de pesquisa descritiva, sendo escolhido o método indutivo. Portanto, se buscou a partir da uma análise de casos específicos obter uma conclusão geral a respeito do assunto, alcançando como resultado a constatação de que a mídia propaga em seu discurso o medo e a consequente reação rigorosa e exagerada a ele, proporcionando a aceitabilidade de violações as pessoas mais vulneráveis da sociedade.

Abstract:
This work intends to analyze the news broadcasted by the TV crime show “Ronda Geral” aired in Pernambuco and to do a theoretical discussion about the speech of fear and insecurity on the media and their following constitutional violations. To properly observe in which way the media speech interferes in society, the research relied upon bibliographic references and the selection of three samples from the TV crime show in a determined period, to do that it was used a type of descriptive research, being chosen the inductive method. Thus, seeking from specific case analyses to gain a general conclusion about the subject, reaching as a result the finding that the media propagates in its speech the fear and the following rigorous and exaggerated reaction to it, providing the acceptability of violations to the most vulnerable people in society.
