México y el comercio electrónico
En el sistema mexicano vamos a encontrar regulado al comercio electrónico en el Código de Comercio en el título segundo a partir del artículo 89 del mismo ordenamiento; encontraremos que la codificación presenta los principios, sus alcances, a qué dependencia le corresponde regular la actividad del comercio electrónico, la importancia de la firma electrónica avanzada y todas las regulaciones para integrar a los prestadores de servicios de certificación. La inquietud de hablar de este tema, nos permite la realización del mismo apoyándonos en una investigación el método científico, el mismo que tiene tres partes principales; siendo la primera la observación, mediante la cual se recopiló la información teórica y empírica; la segunda etapa es la de análisis en la que se estudió minuciosamente la información recopilada a fin de abordar el conocimiento de la problemática en una forma integral tanto en el aspecto social, económico y jurídico del derecho.

Abstract:
In the Mexican system we will find electronic commerce regulated in the Commercial Code in the second title from article 89 of the same order; We will find that the codification presents the principles, its scope, which department is responsible for regulating the activity of electronic commerce, the importance of the advanced electronic signature and all the regulations to integrate certification service providers. The concern to talk about this topic, allows us to carry it out, relying on an investigation of the scientific method, which has three main parts; The first being observation, through which the theoretical and empirical information was collected; The second stage is the analysis stage, in which the collected information was carefully studied in order to address the knowledge of the problem in an integral way, both in the social, economic and legal aspects of law.
