MÉTODOS DE COLETA PARA INSETOS NO BIOMA CERRADO
Nos últimos anos, estudos entomológicos, tem-se tornado referência para trabalhos que abordam a conservação, uso sustentável dos recursos naturais e manutenção do ecossistema no Cerrado. Este Bioma faz parte dos seis grandes biomas brasileiros, é considerado a savana tropical com maior biodiversidade, mas a fauna de invertebrados ainda é pouco estudada. Nesse contexto, com vistas à contribuir para novos estudos, as metodologias aplicadas para a coleta de insetos aquáticos e terrestres são de suma importância para os estudos ecológicos. Sendo assim, verificamos a aplicabilidade e eficiência dos métodos de coleta para insetos aquáticos e terrestres, no riacho Salgadinho, município de Nova Xavantina-MT. Nossos achados demonstram que o guarda-chuva entomológico e o coador possibilitam maior registro de invertebrados. Também revelamos que usar diferentes métodos de coletas são importantes para ampliar o número de taxas. Portanto o desenvolvimento de novas técnicas de coletas são essenciais para melhorar a varredura de invertebrados especialmente em locais de difícil acesso.

Abstract:
In recent years, entomological studies have become a reference for studies that address conservation, sustainable use of natural resources and maintenance of the ecosystem in the Cerrado. This Biome is part of the six major Brazilian biomes, it is considered the tropical savanna with the greatest biodiversity, but the invertebrate fauna is still poorly studied. In this context, to contribute to new studies, the methodologies applied for the collection of aquatic and terrestrial insects are of paramount importance for ecological studies. Thus, we verified the applicability and efficiency of the collection methods for aquatic and terrestrial insects, in the Salgadinho stream, municipality of Nova Xavantina-MT. Our findings demonstrate that the entomological umbrella and the colander enable greater registration of invertebrates. We also revealed that using different collection methods is important to increase the number of fees. Therefore, the development of new collection techniques is essential to improve the scanning of invertebrates, especially in difficult to access places.
