METODOLOGIAS ATIVAS: UMA NOVA PROPOSTA DE ENSINO
O presente texto analisa o uso do software Simulador Coliseum como suporte às metodologias ativas. Tem como problema a ser investigado o seguinte questionamento: como a utilização de metodologias ativas ancorada pelo uso de software em sala de aula despertam os requisitos básicos nos alunos e assim otimizando o desempenho dos mesmos? Justifica o se desenvolvimento o fato de buscar aferir como esta metodologia auxilia tanto professor quanto aluno no processo de ensino e aprendizagem no ensino superior. E assim promover uma reflexão acerca da relação entre o suporte metodológico e o desempenho do aluno. O objetivo geral da pesquisa foi analisar a importância do uso do software para a construção dos requisitos necessários para a modelagem do processo de ensino e aprendizagem no curso de administração. Utilizou-se para a coleta dos dados, a observação sistemática, questionários e entrevistas. A partir desta investigação o pesquisador concluiu que o uso do software Simulador Coliseum cumpre sua função de ferramenta em apoio às Metodologias Ativas, pois, é um suporte atrativo ao aluno, no qual ele terá de dispor de todo conhecimento necessário para poder utilizá-lo de forma adequada além de proporcionar ao acadêmico uma experiência bem próxima do mundo real que encontrará ao sair da universidade, deixando -o mais preparado para enfrentá-lo.

Abstract:
This text analyzes the use of the Coliseum Simulator software to support active methodologies. Its problem to be investigated is the following question: how does the use of active methodologies anchored by the use of software in the classroom awaken the basic requirements in students and thus optimize their performance? This development is justified by the fact that it seeks to assess how this methodology helps both teacher and student in the teaching and learning process in higher education. And thus promote a reflection on the relationship between methodological support and student performance. The general objective of the research was to analyze the importance of using software to build the necessary requirements for modeling the teaching and learning process in the administration course. For data collection, systematic observation, questionnaires and interviews were used. From this investigation, the researcher concluded that the use of the Coliseum Simulator software fulfills its function as a tool in support of Active Methodologies, as it is an attractive support to the student, in which he will have to have all the necessary knowledge to be able to use it. adequate form, in addition to providing the academic with an experience very close to the real world they will encounter when leaving university, leaving them more prepared to face it.
