Este trabalho teve por objetivo

descrever e comparar o novo modelo de

recrutamento dos participantes do Grupo de

Estudos Tecnológicos (GET) de Concreto,

parte das atividades extracurriculares do

curso de bacharelado em engenharia civil,

da Universidade de Fortaleza (UNIFOR). Os

integrantes do projeto elaboraram um novo

método de seleção para os candidatos no

ingresso ao grupo de estudos de modo a

selecionar os alunos mais aptos a fazerem

parte do mesmo, mas também com o intuito de

aproximar os discentes que tenham interesse

na área de materiais da construção civil, voltada

para o estudo de tecnologias do concreto de

alto desempenho. Para isso foi desenvolvido

métodos de divulgação, seleção e treinamento

dos alunos do curso de engenharia civil que

possuíam interesse em fazer parte do GET. O

novo modelo de seleção permitiu aos integrantes

veteranos realizar uma melhor divisão das

atividades demandadas pelo grupo, de acordo

com o perfil de cada membro, obtendo um ganho

de produtividade nas tarefas realizadas pelo

grupo, também disseminou o conhecimento aos

novos integrantes, além de reduzir de forma

drástica o número de desistência por parte dos

mesmos após o ingresso no GET.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was

to describe and compare the new recruitment

model of Concrete Technology Studies Group

(GST), part of extracurricular activites in the

baccalaureate course in civil engineering, from

the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR). Project

members have developed a new selection

method for candidates in the study group in

order to select the most apt students to be part

of the study group, but also with the aim of bringing together students who have an

interest in the area of materials, focused on the study of high performance concrete.

For this, methods of dissemination was developed, selection and training of students

of the civil engineering course who had an interest in being part of the GET. The new

selection model allowed the veteran members to carry out a better division of the

group, according to the profile of each member, obtaining a gain of productivity in the

tasks performed by the group, also disseminated the knowledge to the new members,

in addition to drastically reducing the number of withdrawals by them after joining the

GET.
