MÉTODO INOVADOR DE INTEGRAÇÃO ENTRE OS CURSOS DE ENGENHARIA CIVIL E ARQUITETURA NO ENSINO DE GRADUAÇÃO PARA RESOLUÇÃO DE PROBLEMAS
Muitos métodos e técnicas sobre educação têm sido discutidos em diferentes ambientes e contextos na sociedade brasileira. Os esforços têm sido na busca por uma alternativa que permita o despertar do interesse pelo aprendizado juntamente com a motivação para inovar. Um dos métodos de educação que desponta como motivador da aprendizagem é o Problem-Based Learning (PBL) ou Aprendizagem Baseada em Problemas.O despertar do interesse do aluno em aprender pode ser incentivado por por um método orientado à solução de problemas. Neste trabalho é descrito um método de integração entre alunos universitários com foco de atuação no ambiente construído com conhecimento em comum para auxiliar na solução de problemas de viabilidade de um empreendimento imobiliário e/ou comercial com restrições orçamentárias. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar a aplicação de um método inovador de integração entre alunos de cursos de graduação da Engenharia Civil (UFRGS) e Arquitetura e Urbanismo (UFRGS) para a solução de problemas e desenvolvimento de habilidades profissionais inerentes às profissões de Engenheiro Civil e Arquiteto. Numa análise geral da integração entre os cursos constatou-se que todas as dimensões do estudo analisadas apresentam aspectos positivos resultando na melhoria do desempenho acadêmico dos alunos.

Abstract:
Many methods and techniques on education has been discussed in different contexts in brazilian society. The efforts have been on the search for an alternative that allows the interest for learning together with the motivation to innovate. One of the education methods that stands out as learning motivator is the ProblemBased Learning (PBL). The student’s interest in learning sometimes need an academic strategy aided by the construction of a troubleshooting method can be a dynamic way in the learning process. This work describes a methodology of integration between university students with knowledge assist in troubleshooting. The present work aims to demonstrate the application of an innovative method of integration between undergraduate students of Civil Engineering (UFRGS) and Architecture and Urbanisms (UFRGS) for the solution of problems and development of professional skills inherent to the Civil Engineer and Architect professions. A general analysis of the courses integration, it was found that all the dimensions of the study analyzed present positive aspects resulting in the improvement of the academic performance of the students.
