Abstract: This study presents the development and application of the Fazedora Method, a methodology structured in four pillars for commercial optimization in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Through an exploratory study conducted during 12 months of consulting with 5 companies from different segments (beauty salon, dental office, personal training, aesthetic clinic, and natural products store), significant increases in revenue were observed, ranging from 20% to 60% in 30-day periods. The methodology is based on four pillars: definition and distribution of goals, creation of strategies to achieve goals, organization of routines to achieve goals, and monitoring of results. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of a systematized and personalized approach to overcome typical commercial challenges of SMEs, contributing to filling a gap in the literature on specific methodologies for this business segment.
