MÉTODO DE ÍNDICES APLICADO A AVALIAÇÃO DE PERIGO DE INCÊNDIO E PÂNICO EM EDIFICAÇÃO COMERCIAL SITO AO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO LUÍS - MA
O presente estudo faz uma análise sobre as falhas de Segurança Contra Incêndio e Pânico em uma edificação comercial onde favorece este possível evento. O meio físico com uma área total de 350 m² encontra-se irregular por não dispor de Extintores de Incêndio, PAE – Plano de Atendimento a Emergência, Sinalização de Emergência, Rota de Fuga, Luminárias de Emergência e Projeto de Combate a Incêndio e Pânico.
Com o intuito de regularizar a edificação comercial deu-se a necessidade de um estudo intenso sobre os riscos de Incêndio do local. O objetivo é aplicar o modelo de Índice de Riscos de Incêndio e Pânico antes do desenvolvimento do projeto de intervenção e após a conclusão deste, para verificação em percentual o aumento da Segurança Contra incêndio e Pânico da Edificação. Como recursos metodológicos, foi utilizado o meio de pesquisa bibliográfica através de livros, Leis, NBR’s, Norma Regulamentadora e Normas Técnicas.
Por tanto, foi sugerida uma solução para os sistemas de Segurança inexistente na edificação comercial de modo a elaborar o projeto de dimensionamento e implantação dos dispositivos preventivos e obrigatórios contra Incêndio e Pânico. Inicialmente a edificação que apresentava risco grande obteve um resultado satisfatório após a intervenção vindo a se enquadrar para risco pequeno, deixando o local mais Seguro para um possível Sinistro.

Abstract:
The present study analyzes fire safety and panic failures in a commercial building where it favors this possible event. The physical environment with a total area of 350 m² is irregular due to the lack of Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Response Plan (PAE), Emergency Signaling, Escape Route, Emergency Lights and Panic and Fire Fighting Project.
In order to regularize the commercial building, there was the need for an intense study on the fire risks of the site. The objective is to apply the Fire and Panic Risk Index model before the development of the intervention project and after its completion, to verify in percentage the increase of the Fire and Panic Safety of the Building. As methodological resources, we used the means of bibliographic research through books, Laws, NBR's, Regulatory Norm and Technical Norms. Therefore, a solution for non-existent security systems in the commercial building was suggested in order to elaborate the project of dimensioning and implantation of the preventive and mandatory devices against fire and panic. Initially, the building that presented a large risk obtained a satisfactory result after the intervention, becoming a small risk, leaving the safest place for a possible accident. -
