MESTRADO PROFISSIONAL NA FORMAÇÃO DE DOCENTES E PRECEPTORES DA ÁREA DA SAÚDE: A PRÁTICA COMO PRINCÍPIO EDUCATIVO
O objetivo desta pesquisa consistiu em apreender as concepções sobre a prática como princípio educativo nos programas de mestrado profissional em ensino na saúde. Foi utilizada a metodologia qualiquantitativa utilizando a escala atitudinal tipo Likert aplicada à docentes e discentes, e análise temática na entrevista com coordenadores. Os resultados mostraram que os discentes são profissionais experientes que voltam à academia para qualificar esta prática, com teorias e pesquisas apropriadas. Os docentes, discentes e coordenadores tendem a concordar com as afirmativas que indicam a prática como um princípio educativo a ser considerado nesta modalidade de formação. Porém, a análise temática traduz uma resistência ao perfil discente, pouca clareza sobre os princípios do MP e a influência do modelo acadêmico neste tipo de pós-graduação.

Abstract:
The objective of this research was to apprehend the conceptions about the practice as an educational principle in the professional master's programs in health education. Qualitative and quantitative methodology was used using the Likert-type attitudinal scale applied to teachers and students, and thematic analysis in the interview with coordinators. The results showed that the students are experienced professionals who return to the academy to qualify this practice, with theories and appropriate research. Teachers, students and coordinators tend to agree with the statements that indicate the practice as an educational principle to be considered in this training modality. However, the thematic analysis reflects a resistance to the student profile, little clarity about the principles of the MP and the influence of the academic model in this type of post-graduation
