“MENTIRAS E VERDADES NO MESMO CHÃO”: UMA TRAVESSIA PELO CONTO DE MARIA LUCIA MEDEIROS
O presente artigo tem como objetivo trazer uma análise do conto “Mentiras e verdades no mesmo chão”, da escritora paraense Maria Lucia Medeiros. Escrito em prosa, é inegável seu tom poético, com personagens e enredo indefinidos, que se diluem na atmosfera lírica do conto. Buscamos, assim, mostrar como uma narrativa ficcional contemporânea pode ser escrita de forma a desafiar a tradicionalidade da ficção, exemplificando um tipo de texto que traz em si diferentes gêneros literários.

Abstract:
The present article has as objective to show an analysis ofMaria Lucia Medeiros’ short story, called “Mentiras e Verdades no mesmo chão”. Written as prose, it isundeniable its poetic tone, with undefined characters andplot, which are mixed in the short story ‘s liricatmosphere. We aim to show that a contemporary ficcional narrative can be written in a way that defies the traditionalfiction exemplifying a type of text that has in itself different kinds of literary genres.
