MENSURAÇÃO DOS IMPACTOS AMBIENTAIS NO PLANEJAMENTO E IMPLANTAÇÃO DE PERMISSÃO DE LAVRA GARIMPEIRA DE MINÉRIO DE OURO E CASSITERITA EM TUCUMÃ - PA
Os impactos ambientais são facilmente identificados quando a
atividade econômica envolve o uso de recursos naturais. Estes existem desde
a fase de planejamento, tendo aumento na implantação e maximizados
continuamente na operação. Para as lavras garimpeiras, que podem ter portes
diversos, estes impactos envolvem premissas que vão desde o entendimento
sobre os meios físicos, bióticos e socioeconômicos, em conformidade com a
legislação ambiental e minerária vigente. Este trabalho, tem por objetivo a
identificação dos impactos ambientais observados em permissão de lavra
garimpeira situada em Tucumã – PA, nos quais foram mapeados os meios, a
atividade transformadora, o impacto ambiental e a medida de controle adotada
pelo empreendimento em atenção ao porte e potencial poluidor para atividade,
associada a metodologia de lavra e beneficiamento mineral projetada, ora
aprovada, pelo Secretaria de Meio Ambiente, Turismo e Indústria de Tucumã
e Agência Nacional de Mineração.

Abstract:
Environmental impacts are easily identified when economic
activity involves the use of natural resources. These exist from the planning
stage, increasing in implementation and continually maximized in operation.
For prospecting mines, which can be of different sizes, these impacts involve
assumptions ranging from understanding the physical, biotic and
socioeconomic environments, in accordance with current environmental and
mining legislation. The objective of this work is to identify the environmental
impacts observed in a gold mining permit located in Tucumã - PA, in which the
means, the transforming activity, the environmental impact and the control
measure adopted by the enterprise were mapped in attention to the size and
polluting potential for the activity, associated with the projected mining andmineral processing methodology, now approved, by the Secretariat of the
Environment, Tourism and Industry of Tucumã and the National Mining
Agency.
